About Us

Founder of GMF Giovanni Biagioni began the business over 30 years ago with two machines. Since then GMF has grown from strength to strength into one of Perth's leading earthmoving and excavation contractors for small to large civil construction projects with a fleet of radio-controlled, GPS monitored machines and around 70 staff.

Albert and Laurence Biagioni, have proudly taken on the GMF torch as Company Directors and have evolved the business into a smoothly running organisation fuelled by old-fashioned work ethics and cutting edge excavation and earthmoving technology.

At a more hands on level, Albert looks after all internal affairs of the business, whilst Laurence looks after projects. The team also includes Site Supervisors, Estimators, Surveyors, Operations, Workshop and Contracts Managers, and Operations Assistant and Financial Controller.

True to his hard-working nature, Giovanni still works within the business.

Initially working exclusively in earthmoving and excavation, GMF now undertake a range of associated services including bitumen paving, kerbing, drainage and demolition, as well as sheet piling and shoring. GMF are also exclusive distributors of MB crusher buckets.
